This service is for employees, retirees, and their family members who are enrolled in one of the City’s medical plans. You can walk-in, schedule a same-day visit online, or have a telemedicine visit. Plan participants will receive special priority for walk-in visits at the Franklin center and also have access to 14 other Ascension Saint Thomas Urgent Care locations in Middle Tennessee. In addition to diagnosing and treating injuries and illnesses, Ascension Saint Thomas Urgent Care offers primary care, wellness care, occupational health – and more.
