Heath graduated in August 2014 from Mississippi University for Women in Columbus, MS where she earned a Master of Science in Nursing. In May 2007, she received a Bachelor’s Degree in the Science of Nursing from the University of Mississippi Medical Center in Jackson, MS., and before this Heath held an Associate’s Degree in Registered Nursing from Northwest Mississippi Community College in Senatobia, MS.
Heath has a variety of experience, from patient education to treatment. Due to the experience of a family member Heath has spent most of her 12 year career treating and caring for patients who have experienced heart problems as she is passionate about this issue.
Chastity was awarded Excellence in Nursing Leadership by Baptist Memorial Hospital, North Mississippi in 2012 and was nominated as Clinical Practice Nurse of the Year by Baptist Memorial Hospital, North Mississippi for the Mississippi Nurses Association Nightingale Awards in 2013.

Located on Highway 6 off of I-55, Urgent Team in Batesville, Mississippi is open seven days a week, seeing patients Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., on Saturday 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Sunday 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. No appointment is necessary and the center accepts most insurance plans, including Medicare and Medicaid.
