JACKSON, TN. (August 20, 2018) – Urgent Team, one of the Southeast’s largest independent operators of urgent and family care centers, is now open in Jackson at 15 Old Humboldt Road, at the corner of Old Humboldt and N. Highland.
Urgent Team provides urgent and family care, as well as wellness services, on a walk-in basis. The center treats pain and conditions that are non-life threatening. With no appointment needed and open seven days a week, Urgent Team treats a variety of medical conditions and needs, including:

Leading the healthcare team are Nurse Practitioners Folarin Olatunji. Olatunji has worked in the Emergency Room at Tennova Hospital – Regional Jackson the past three years. He earned a Doctor of Nursing from Oakland University in Michigan, a Master of Science in Nursing from Tennessee State University, and Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Union University. Prior to pursuing his nursing degrees, Olatunji received a Master of Business Administration and bachelor’s degree from universities in Nigeria. He has worked at several clinics and hospitals in West Tennessee.

The Jackson location is open Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.; Saturday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.; and Sunday 1 to 5 p.m. Most insurance plans, including TRICARE, Medicare and Medicaid, as well as cash and credit cards, are accepted. New patients can pre-register online at www.UrgentTeam.net.
