Urgent Team, one of the largest and fastest growing independent operators of urgent care centers in the Southeast and parent company for Sherwood Urgent Care, has awarded one outstanding Provider and one outstanding Team Member with Urgent Team’s 2014 MVP Hall of Fame Award. To qualify for the award, these individuals were nominated for Monthly MVP Awards by their peers. Additionally, they have been identified as excellent examples of Urgent Team’s values in action: integrity, service, relationships, excellence, measurement and communication.
At a private reception at each Center, recipients were presented with the award by Tom Dent, CEO; Tracy Stephens, COO; Mike Dupuis, Division VP; and Emily Venable, VP of Human Resources. Additionally, a plaque will be on display at each of the Team Members’ Centers to commemorate their accomplishment.
Haertling has worked for Sherwood Urgent Care for over a year. Team Members describe Haertling as having an exceptional, team-focused attitude, and as someone who works hard and always maintains excellent and efficient patient care.
“Eric is the Provider who, in 2014 led, and now continues, to lead by example and restores our confidence in quality healthcare and patient interaction; who does this with every patient, every time; and when praised and thanked for his contribution, repeatedly replied, ‘It is not me, it is this great team around me;’ all while delivering excellence,” said Tom Dent, CEO.
Bell has been with Sherwood Urgent Care for two years. Team Members say she is willing to help whenever the Center is in need.
“Charlotte is the Team Member who, in 2014, set the highest standard of service; who continues to do this with every patient, every time; who her fellow Team Members say promotes a positive spirit, remains calm, cares deeply for our patients and is selfless,” said Dent.
