MUSCLE SHOALS, AL., (October 5, 2018) – Urgent Team welcomes nurse practitioner Laura L. Garrett to the healthcare team in Muscle Shoals.
Garrett has been in Northern Alabama for more than 20 years, having worked most recently at the University of North Alabama Health Services Clinic, Fast Pace Urgent Care and the Mollen Immunization Clinic. She’s also served as a Nurse Practitioner Preceptor working with students from several Alabama universities since 2014. Garrett earned her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of North Alabama in Florence and her Family Nurse Practitioner certificate and Doctorate of Nursing Practice from the University of Alabama in Huntsville.
