HOOVER, AL. – Physicians Care Walk-in Clinic opened today at 1539 Montgomery Hwy. across from Ellis Piano. A second location will open Mid-June in Hoover South at 1989 Montgomery Hwy. across from Southgate Village.
The healthcare team will be led by Sakeena Spencer, Doctor of Nursing Practice, and Physician Assistant John Keeling. “Our goal is to meet and exceed the increasing need for quality care delivered in a convenient location at an affordable price for the Hoover community,” said Ellis Harris, Physicians Care division vice president. “Whether it’s a minor injury, vaccination, bad cold, or wellness care, it’s important for families to have a quality healthcare option that is comprehensive and affordable.” Urgent care services are a faster, cost-effective option to replace the emergency room for non-life-threatening issues or wait for an appointment with your physician.
When an illness or injury can’t wait, Physicians Care Walk-in Clinic provides urgent care, family care, and occupational health services seven days a week with extended hours. With onsite X-ray and lab tests, the centers treat patients with non-life-threatening health conditions and injuries, including:
