Madison, Ala. (August 19, 2019) – Urgent Team Walk-In Urgent Care opens today in Madison at 300 Hughes Rd., next to Publix. This is the fifth Urgent Team center in Alabama, joining locations in Huntsville, Muscle Shoals, Florence and Decatur.

Leading the healthcare team is nurse practitioner Leigh Zollinger. With more than 26 years of nursing experience, Zollinger most recently served as nurse practitioner at MedExpress Urgent Care in Beech Grove, Indiana. She earned a Master of Science in Nursing from The University of Kansas Medical Center in Kansas City.
Urgent Team – Madison is open Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.; Saturday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.; and Sunday 1 to 5 p.m. Walk-ins are welcome or for added convenience, patients can schedule a same day or next day appointment online with Hold My Spot®. Most insurance plans, TRICARE and VA, Medicare and Medicaid, as well as cash and credit cards, are accepted.
