SOUTH PITTSBURG, Tenn. (February 26, 2018) – Physicians Care – South Pittsburg, an affiliate of Urgent Team, recently recognized Center Manager Michelle LeMay as one of the company’s 2017 Hall of Fame Award winners.
Urgent Team, one of the largest operators of urgent and family care centers in the Southeast, recently awarded team members throughout the company who were nominated for the annual award. To qualify, team members are nominated for monthly and quarterly MVP Awards by their peers. The Hall of Fame winners are chosen annually from those submissions and are identified as excellent examples of Urgent Team’s values in action: integrity, service, relationships, excellence, results, measurement and communication.
According to team members who nominated LeMay, “Michelle is very dedicated to her work. She always goes above and beyond not only for the patients, but for her staff. She is a great manager and a very supportive team member. She does extraordinary work at the Center.”
At a recent reception, LeMay was presented with the Hall of Fame award by Urgent Team CEO Tom Dent. Additionally, a plaque will be on display at the center to commemorate her accomplishment. “Urgent Team is very proud of its Hall of Fame members and grateful for Michelle’s continued dedication and hard work,” Dent praised.
