MUSCLE SHOALS, Ala. (January 10, 2023) – Huntsville Hospital Urgent Care welcomes Nurse Practitioner Jana Berry to the health care team in Muscle Shoals.
Berry earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of North Alabama in Florence, and a Master of Science in Nursing from Mississippi University for Women in Columbus. Her nursing experience includes tenure at hospitals as a nurse and unit director, in emergency rooms, family clinics and urgent care centers, and as a nurse educator.
Berry caught the bug for nursing at a young age when she saw her mother, Rebecca, in action as a nurse at Helen Keller Hospital. “We’re thrilled to have Jana on our team,” said Ellis Harris, Urgent Team division vice president for Huntsville Hospital Urgent Care. “Her advanced experience and patient education talents will be beneficial to our community.”
