(Sept. 27, 2016) Sherwood Urgent Care welcomes Ebony Thompson, Nurse Practitioner, to the Lonoke team.
Thompson is a recent graduate from the University of Arkansas for Medical Science in Little Rock. In 2015 she received her master’s degree in nursing. Before joining Sherwood Urgent Care, Thompson served as a registered nurse at the University of Arkansas for Medical Science.
Thompson has previously held several leadership roles, which she hopes to translate into her new position. “I’m excited to begin my career as a full time nurse practitioner,” said Thompson. “I’m committed and passionate about providing quality healthcare to individuals, families and communities.”
Sherwood Urgent Care in Lonoke is located at 1306 N. Center Street, across from Atwoods. The centers is open Monday through Friday 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.; Saturday 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.; and Sunday 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. No appointment is necessary most insurances are accepted.
