NASHVILLE, Tenn. (Nov. 5, 2020) – Ascension Saint Thomas and Urgent Team Family of Urgent Care & Walk-In Centers have announced the signing of a definitive agreement to enter into a joint venture partnership commencing December 1, 2020 which will create a branded network of walk-in urgent and care centers throughout Middle Tennessee.
Beginning mid-January 2021, the current 14 Urgent Team Walk-In Urgent Care locations in the following cities will begin rebranding as Ascension Saint Thomas Urgent Care: Clarksville (four centers); Cookeville; Donelson; East Nashville/Inglewood; Franklin; Hermitage; Madison; Murfreesboro (two centers); Springfield; and Tullahoma. The joint venture intends to add additional walk-in urgent care locations, which will expand access and convenience to Ascension Saint Thomas patients.
All of the centers are open seven days a week and provide treatment for injuries, illnesses and conditions that are urgent, but non-life threatening. Walk-ins are welcome or for added convenience, patients can schedule a same day or next day visit online with Hold My Spot®, or plan a telemedicine visit. Most insurance plans are accepted, including TRICARE, VA, Medicare and Medicaid, as well as cash and credit cards.
