Stephanie Carlson has been with Urgent Team since 2013 and brings more than 15 years of progressive human resources experience to the organization. Her expertise spans employee relations, compliance, payroll and benefits administration, recruitment, performance management, and organizational development.
Carlson began her career in human resources and recruitment with Sarah Cannon Research Institute in Nashville before joining Urgent Team as an HR Generalist. Over the course of her tenure, she has advanced through leadership roles including HR & Payroll Manager and HR Director. In her current role, Carlson serves on the executive leadership team, providing strategic HR leadership to support organizational growth, operational excellence, employee engagement, and the continued development of Urgent Team’s people and processes.
Carlson holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Relations from Ball State University in Muncie, Indiana, and maintains both Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certifications.
