Michael Gonzales brings more than 24 years of experience building and delivering value-based healthcare solutions for employers. He has pioneered innovative population health management programs for employers by blending onsite and shared-site health centers with the latest technology, helping employers manage the health and cost of their most important asset – their employees.
Gonzales’ previous roles include Executive Vice President of Product and Innovation at Proactive MD; Executive Vice President of Growth and Strategy at Marathon Health; and Vice President of Product Development and Innovation at CareHere/Premise Health – all leaders in employer-sponsored healthcare and value-based initiatives.
Gonzales is a New Orleans native and has a degree in finance from Loyola University, a master’s degree in business administration with a concentration in finance from the University of New Orleans, and studied strategy and innovation at the MIT Sloan School of Management in Massachusetts. He is also a Certified Management Accountant, Certified Financial Manager, and a Six Sigma Green Belt.
