My Health Portal is an easy way for our staff to electronically share health information with you – and you can view it at your convenience. You can download one of our branded apps or simply tell the front desk team you’re interested in signing up. Once you provide your email address or phone number, we will send you an invitation with a link. After you verify your account through that link you can log in to view documents or messages. You’ll receive an email and/or text when you have an item to view in your portal.
