New location expands access to convenient, affordable urgent care for Bartlett-area families
MEMPHIS, Tenn. (September 14, 2026) – Baptist Urgent Care has opened its second location in Bartlett, expanding access to on-demand health care for families throughout the growing community.
The new center, which opened today, is located at 3025 Kirby Whitten Rd., next to Pet Styles. Baptist Urgent Care’s original Bartlett location is at 8350 Highway 64, near Panera Bread.

Walk-ins are always welcome, or patients can plan a same- or next-day visit online through Hold My Spot® or choose a virtual visit. With onsite X-ray and lab testing, the centers treat patients with non-life-threatening health illnesses and injuries, including:

- Flu, colds, viral illnesses, and COVID-19 testing

When an illness or unexpected injury occurs, Baptist Urgent Care’s nine locations offer urgent care, family care, and occupational health services seven days a week.
All Baptist Urgent Care centers are accredited by the Urgent Care Association of America and are open Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday from Noon to 7 p.m. Many insurance plans, TRICARE, VA, Medicare and Medicaid, are accepted.
