OLIVE BRANCH, Miss. – Baptist Urgent Care will open a new urgent care center on November 17 at 5142 Goodman Rd., in front of Target.
“The Olive Branch community has been very welcoming and we look forward to providing on-demand convenient care for urgent, but non-emergency needs,” said Nancy Becker, Urgent Team Division Vice President for Baptist Urgent Care.
The urgent care center will be open seven days a week and provide urgent and family care, wellness services, and occupational health services on a walk-in basis. The care team will treat patients with a variety of medical needs including:
- Asthma and allergies
- Flu, colds, viral illnesses, COVID-19
- Bites, stings, allergic reactions
- Broken bones, sprains, strains
- Diarrhea, nausea, vomiting
- Urinary tract infections
- Ear and eye injuries
- Skin conditions
- Minor burns
- Stitches
- School, sports, wellness, DOT physicals
- Immunizations and vaccinations
- Occupational health services
- Men’s and women’s health services
Baptist Urgent Care currently has five urgent care centers in North Mississippi: Batesville, Columbus, Horn Lake, Starkville, and Tupelo. Other locations are in Bartlett, Collierville, Germantown, TN; and Wynne, AR.
Most of the locations are open Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.; Saturday 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., and Sunday 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. Many insurance plans, TRICARE and VA, Medicare and Medicaid, as well as cash and credit cards, are accepted.
