Safe Helmet Practices
Fit: Ensure your helmet fits snugly all around, with no spaces between the foam and your head. It should be level on your head.

Brakes: Ensure both front and rear brakes are functioning properly.
Tires: Check for proper inflation and inspect for damage.

Appropriate Clothing
