Telemedicine Virtual Visit

A virtual visit allows you to connect with the same trusted providers you know from our centers using your desktop, laptop, tablet, or smartphone all from the comfort of your home. No app required! From the login page for the urgent care center of your choice, follow the steps below:

Select your preferred visit time and enter the reason for your visit.
After scheduling your virtual visit, complete the registration process. This includes uploading a photo of your driver’s license and the front and back of your insurance card, if applicable.
When it is time for your visit, click the secure visit link sent to you by text message or email. If payment is due, you will be prompted to select Pay and complete your payment before entering the virtual visit.

How much is a Telemedicine visit? Self-Pay: $70 (Credit Card or Debit card accepted; to be paid prior to the video visit)

Insurance: If you have commercial insurance, we will verify insurance information and collect $70 toward the patient’s responsibility prior to the visit. We will file the claim with the patient’s insurance company.

For patients with Medicare, Medicaid, and TRICARE: We will verify eligibility based on the insurance information supplied and file a claim on your behalf.
