(Sept. 27, 2016) Sherwood Urgent Care is pleased to welcome Pamela Speed as the newest nurse practitioner to join the medical team in Searcy.
Speed has more than 25 years’ of experience in rural health as well as experience in geriatrics including nursing home care. She joins Sherwood Urgent Care most recently from Baptist Rural Health Clinic in Heber Springs. She is a graduate of the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences.
“We are excited for Pamela has joined our team. She brings valuable healthcare experience, especially in a rural health setting,” said Lori Stark, Sherwood Urgent Care Center Manager. “She will be a great leader and provider for our team.”
Sherwood Urgent Care in Searcy is located at 610 Shepherd Way behind Zaxby’s. The center is open Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.; Saturday 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.; and Sunday 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. No appointment is necessary and most insurances are accepted.
